CRaVE Services came into being in 1984 to fill the felt need for Process Consulting services of productive enterprises  - to facilitate improvements in organisational performance  through intensive  in-house interventions.

"CRaVE" originally  stood  for "Cost  Reduction  and Value Engineering" ; it went on  to  expand into  "  Create and Achieve". Presently the word  simply  implies "Crave" - to survive and thrive in the New Millenium !

CRaVE  Services was promoted by  Dr.R.V.Gopalakrishnan, who  had  a gainful blend of hands-on industrial  and  management educating  experience.  His brief bio-data and  an  illustrative list  of  our esteemed Client-Organisations  appear  under   separate captions.  He gets assisted by his Professional  Associates,  as needed, on his interventions.
