Þ Accomplish much more - in time

Þ Adapt techniques & leverage time

BACKGROUND

During our workshops on Managing Productivity, Achieving Quicker Response and Towards World Class, many executives have expressed their pressing need for practising more effective time management.

True, with ever increasing pressures to deliver vastly improved results in time, we find that 24 hours a day or 168 hours a week are not enough for all our activities. But then, it is all we have for each one of us - neither less nor more ! Hence is the need for managing ourselves better with respect to time.

We have to be more sensitive and responsive to this unique and precious resource, TIME. It is aptly hailed by the thriving time - based competitors as "The Currency of the 21st Century" !

This workshop will enable participants to :
  • Commit more time to activities, which are reckoned to be more important to them;
  • Analyse their current time-usage and identify the few activities which have the largest scope for saving.
  • Introspect into their worst time-wasters and cope with them better.
  • Deploy time-leveraging techniques / practises and accomplish much morein time.
  • Evolve realistic Action plans to make valuable use of their time forthwith.
